Health and Fitness

Health and fitness is related to each other because one factor is based on other factor. A person is healthy because of their fitness. A person who doing daily exercises and meditation, he will be a physically and mentally fit. This play the important role in their life. Because people who both physically and mentally fit, they are not getting any medical issues.

Physical fitness is more important for the students because they have lots of work to do and much pressure of assignments and etc. So, they have to be healthy and mentally fit. If the students body and mind is healthy then they study well without getting any tension or stress.
People should do regular exercise and meditation for being healthy and mentally fit. The same concept is applied on students because they are the future of India. They play the vital role for the development of Indian economy in the future by their contribution. This can be happened only when, they are healthy and fit in his present time and do regular exercises and keep their body healthy. Good health of both mind and body helps you to achieve success in your life.
A body can be healthy when you take the healthy foods and sleep well and doing regular exercise and meditation for your body. A healthy diet should be consists of green and fresh vegetables, fruits, milk, eggs, proteins and etc. This things is essential for the human’s lifestyles. Regular exerices and meditation helps you to maintain your fitness, blood sugar and immunity level of the body. People should have to give rest to their body for 6-7 hours because it is necessary for the person to have healthy. This can be done only when you take proper rest at the night. When a person wake up early in the morning their body get lazy and they need some energy. This can be done by doing outdoor and indoor exercises such as walking, running, skipping, cycling, weight lifting and etc. These activities keep the person fit and healthy. And for the whole day, they are be energetic towards their work. For that, they have to take proper diet and proper rest which will give them the healthy body. If the health is good then the body work well according to your instruction.

Fitness is not a temporary factor it is for your long-term because if you maintain the fitness level at your present time, you will get the higher output in future. It means if you are fit and your health is good then you can achieve more success in your future, this can be done only when you maintain your fitness level of your body. If you are not physically and mentally fit then you cannot survive for the long and your body will also not give the proper response whenever you doing the work.
So, Health and fitness is more important for every persons life because if one factor not work properly then other also not responding well. So, both factors requires equal treatment in the persons life.
